TREK's Aircraft Maintenance module has been approved by the FAA* as a stand-alone package for tracking aircraft inspections, maintenance events and air-worthiness directives.

It doesn't matter how many aircraft you operate or how many different types, TREK can handle them all.

Each individual aircraft has its own detailed records complete with a specific directives list. Additional maintenance items can be added to each aircraft's list as needed. Maintenance settings can be set by date, day or time until the next inspection is due.

Color Coded Warnings

Text color and highlighting are used to quickly identify aircraft that will soon be due for inspection or maintenance. Flight time or days remaining before the next inspection is due are also displayed.

These maintenance warnings and alerts are integrated into the Dispatch system as well to help ensure that planes are not assigned to flights that will cause them to be overdue for maintenance.

Reports

The ability to run various reports dealing with aircraft maintenance is important. TREK has a variety of reports that are designed to give visibility to aircraft availability and inspection history. Each of the reports can be filtered by tail number and date range.

Aircraft Daily Status Report - Provides the current availability status and inspection list for the selected aircraft.

Aircraft Inspection History - Lists the inspection history for the selected aircraft.

Aircraft Flight Logs - Displays all flight log entries for the desired aircraft.

Aircraft Inspection Status- This is an interactive report that shows inspection status in various ways for a given aircraft.
