Reports

TREK provides numerous reports that can be run from the dispatch screen. Each of these reports provides valuable information in different forms and filterable in different ways.

Aircraft Daily Status Report - Provides the current availability status and inspection list for the selected aircraft.
Dispatch Aircraft Report - Shows which flights each aircraft is scheduled for, with arrival information and passenger counts.
Dispatch Flight Report - Lists all dispatched flights for the given day in order of flight number.
Dispatch Pilot Report - Lists pilot aircraft assignments for the selected day and pilot range.
Aircraft Inspection Status - This is an interactive report that shows inspection status in various ways for a given aircraft.
Summary Manifest Report - Includes basic passenger information for each flight such as name and baggage weight.
Manifest Report - Complete manifest for pilot, which includes all passenger details and any notes pertaining to the flight.
General Declaration - Displays passenger information for all inbound international flights.
