TREK lists all flights for a given day in two ways, either by flight number or departure time. Agents have a view of every booked flight for the day letting them not only check passengers in, but also look ahead to make adjustments to boarding times if larger flights are coming up.

Time is scarce when trying to finish checking passengers in and launch a flight. Agents have the ability, with TREK, to quickly add a walkup customer who wants to purchase an available seat on the flight currently being checked in.
