Reporting

With more than 80 filterable reports at your finger tips, Cabrita™ TREK gives you visibility to the information you need to know when you want to know it. By selecting from various filter criteria reports can contain basic summary information, and when necessary more detailed information.

TREK provides reports for all areas of your operation from Flight History and Flight No Show Reports to detailed exportable management level reports such as Reservation Booking and Flight Embarkation Reports. All of TREK's reports feature a print preview option that is great for both remote support as well as for simply checking a quick number without having to retrieve the report from a printer.

Sampling of Reports

LOAD FACTOR REPORT

Determining what Load Factor a particular flight has can be helpful when deciding future allocation of aircraft to flights or perhaps electing to offer a fare special to help increase revenue for the flight. Load Factor is displayed as the percentage of filled seats in relationship to the maximum seat capacity for the given flight or flights.

Designed to allow management to see the Loading Factor for any particular Flight or Range of Flights, this report also lets users define their desired date range for the flights they have chosen. This information can then be exported into spreadsheet software applications to provide further sorting and analysis of the data.

Department of Transportation (DOT) T-100 Report Worksheets

The DOT T-100/DOT T-100(f) Reporting System can be both confusing and time consuming. Being required to submit detailed market and segment information electronically for your flights takes data collection, number crunching and patience. TREK offers a solution that minimizes your time and headache by collecting the information required to complete the T-100 reports for you.

Included in TREK's DOT T-100 system is the option to automatically send electronic data attachments of the Segment and Market reports to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS). TREK can also interface with the U.S. DOT Data Entry Software as well as the U.S. DOT Data Entry Verification Software. This allows you to both electronically verify the data TREK has generated for the T-100 report and to send it without having to do additional data entry.

Additonally, for those required to file BTS Form 298-C, a TREK DOT Report can be used to calculate all field values needed for this form as well.

FLIGHT REVENUE and GROSS MARGIN MANIFEST REPORT

The Flight Revenue and Gross Margin Manifest Report screen allows for a customizable range of Flights and Flight Dates that you can either Preview, Print, or Export. The purpose of this report is to allow management to determine what Revenue any particular Flight or Range of Flights has. A report such as this can be extremely useful when deciding where changes to the current flight schedule may be needed or desired.

The following formulas illustrate the various Revenue types generated by this report:

AIRCRAFT DAILY DISPATCH STATUS REPORT

The Aircraft Daily Dispatch Status Report is similar to a maintenance due list in that it outlines for each aircraft whether or not it's available for the current day and when its next inspection is due. Users may elect to view either the outlined version for each aircraft or see the specific inspection details.

By providing all of this information in one report decisions can easily be made regarding which aircraft should be assigned to flights or be scheduled for maintenance. Not only does the report show time remaining until the next inspection but it also distinguishes these warnings by labeling them in color.
