TREK offers a Fast Track Reservation Wizard allowing an agent to create a reservation and quote a price with a minimal number of steps. Agents can now feel reassured that they have not forgotten to collect important information while making a reservation. If critical information is not entered agents are warned when they save the reservation.

Taking airline reservations has never been as straightforward and easy as it is with TREK. From passenger names, weights and passport information to scheduled or charter flights, this is just the beginning of TREK's reservation capabilities.

Connected real-time to the rest of the application, the reservations module updates other areas of TREK as reservations are made.

To Query or To Modify

TREK offers the ability to simply query an existing reservation or to modify it. When an agent needs to view the reservation but make no changes they can open the reservation in query mode which allows for other agents to access the record at the same time. When an agent needs to make changes or additions to the reservation, they can open it in modify mode. While the reservation is open in modify mode other agents may only query the reservation.

Fare Types

TREK is able to accommodate numerous fare types for each flight ranging from adult and child fares to weekday discounts and employee fares. In addition to these fare types, TREK can also help you calculate a base fare when you have a desired after tax fare in mind for a flight. Customizable to your needs TREK can offer as few or as many fares as you need it to.

Customer Database

Trek's customer database makes serving repeat customers smooth and efficient. The database stores information such as the following:

Contact Name and Phone Number
Billing Information including Credit Card Information
E-mail Address
Frequent Flyer Number
Passport or other International Travel Document Information

Wait List

When customers are unable to book a desired flight because it has reached capacity or reservations have been closed for a given flight, agents may now put the customer on a wait list. Tracking and satisfying requests for a flight are now simplified because TREK tracks the requests for you on the wait list. Agents may indicate a request for a specific flight or for any flight on a given day for a city pair.
